Starting at the age of 4, Lindsay was a competitive gymnast, winning many medals and awards. Shortly after retiring from competition life, she began training in strict Russian technique under Mia Song-Seshiki, whose teacher went to the illustrious Vaganova Academy. After graduation, Lindsay began dancing with several companies over many years, but after deciding to become a Guest Artist, she was invited to be a founding member of LA Dance Moves directed my Nancy Paradis and then met Valerie Mae Browne of ALB.
