Lindsey Kneuer (Lykowski) was born and raised in the Chicago-land area. She studied at numerous classical ballet schools including The Salt Creek Ballet. She studied most extensively at Bataille Academie of the Danse winning numerous national titles. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance.
Shortly after moving to New York City she was selected as one of the original company members of Sans Limites Dance as a soloist and eventually serving as rehearsal director. Lindsey also co-choreographed her first concert piece Limites with director Diana Petersen that was presented in numerous festivals including Jennifer Mueller’s Hatched series. She has also danced with the likes of Bugge Ballet, Roschman Dance and with Aya Saotome in the production, “Who Knows?”, as the featured ballet dancer.
